"PayEasy" Online Credit Card Bill Payment Service, offers by Dah Sing Credit Card exclusively, covers all-embracing merchant types. Cardholders can enjoy one-stop Online Bill Payment Service to over 100 major merchants in Hong Kong (please refer to the attached list). Dah Sing Credit Cardholders only need to login to Dah Sing e-banking Service at www.dahsing.com, select Bill Payment service, follow the instructions to choose the merchant name and fill in the necessary information, the payment is then completed. For each payment made, only 1% of the amount paid will be charged as handling fee. New Cardholders who use "PayEasy" Online Credit Card Bill Payment Service before 30 June 2001, will enjoy handling fee wavier for the first HK$1000 Payment Amount each month. Each payment transaction will be clearly listed on the monthly credit card statement. Just as usual, cardholders may choose to pay the total statement balance or minimum payment by the payment due date so as to enjoy up to 56-day interest-free repayment period or 18% the lowest interest rate in town.

Dah Sing Credit Card "PayEasy" Online Credit Card Bill Payment Service is supported by Electronic Payment Services Company (Hong Kong) Limited in terms of merchant connection and transaction settlement. Whereas Dah Sing Bank is responsible for designing interface and building the transaction platform.

To tie in with such an innovative service, Dah Sing Bank launches a brand-new Internet Payment Account. This account allows cardholders to adjust the credit limit, from a few thousands or up to the credit limit of their Dah Sing Credit Card to fit with their financial need. Moreover, all the transactions are made under SSL security standard, which encrypts all the personal information, including credit card number and name, so that it cannot be read as the information transmit over the internet.

Cardholders who apply Dah Sing Credit Card before 29 February 2001 can enjoy first 2 years annual fee wavier and get Evolution Casual Bag together and HipHop Bag.

Starting from tomorrow, Dah Sing Bank customers can enjoy "PayEasy" Online Credit Card Bill Payment Service, making payments to over 100 major merchants in Hong Kong through debiting their bank accounts. From mid December onwards, this service will be extended to Dah Sing Credit Card. Thereafter, customers can choose to pay either by credit card account or bank account.
