Manage your e-Cheque with ease
e-Cheque is a brand new way for making and receiving payments in a hassle-free way. It does not only retain the features and benefits of paper cheque, but also provides enhanced security features and saves the need for physical delivery and presentment.
- Payment with e-Cheque is entirely paperless.
- e-Cheque is in PDF format. You can sent out the PDF file via different electronic mean and no need to print the file.
Present e-Cheque anytime and anywhere.
e-Cheque deposit and management in one go.

- Support HKD, RMB and USD e-Cheques.
- You can present any HKD, RMB and USD e-Cheque to your deposit accounts with the same currency.
- For credit cards (include CUP Dual Currency Credit Card), only HKD e-Cheque will be accepted.
- Email notification on the presented e-Cheque status.
- Email notifications will be sent to the email address registered by the Dah Sing account owner (if any).
Dah Sing Bank does NOT provide e-Cheque Issuance Service at the moment.

How can I deposit the e-Cheque to Dah sing Bank Account?
Web Browser
- Visit the Dah Sing Bank e-Cheque presentment portal via www.dahsing.com/echeque/presentment/en OR
- Login Dah Sing e-Banking service and follow the path to access the e-Cheque presentment function.
Mobile Device
- Download Dah Sing Bank Mobile App and click on "e-Cheque Presentment" tools OR
- Click and login "Mobile Banking" via Dah Sing Mobile App. Press the "e-Cheque Presentment" option to access the portal.
Enter all the required information and upload the e-Cheque PDF file. After verified the details, you can click on "Confirm" to present the e-Cheque.
Account holders will be notified by the Bank by email after successful presentment.
- Cut-off time for e-Cheque Presentment Service is 5:30pm from Monday to Friday (except public holidays).
- Any request submitted after 5:30 pm, it will be processed on the next business day.

2Enter the last 10 digits of deposit account number or 16 digits credit card account number for e-Cheque deposit.
3Enter a valid email address for e-Cheque presentment service notification. Click "Proceed" to continue.
4Select an e-Cheque file to upload. You can upload a maximum of 5 files per submission.
5If needed, you can enter remarks as reference. Check the uploaded e-Cheque and click "Proceed".
6Verify the uploaded e-Cheque details.
7Enter the security code and click "Confirm".
8The e-Cheque presentment has been completed.

5For iOS8 and below iPhone users, you need to click "Share" icon of the e-Cheque file and choose "Dah Sing Bank" mobile App from the list of App.
6You may choose to deposit the e-Cheque by logging into Mobile Banking or simply fill in a form. For iOS8 and below iPhone users, you can only upload a maximum of 1 file per submission.
7Verify the uploaded e-Cheque details.

9Enter the security code and click "Confirm".
10The e-Cheque presentment has been completed.
