ATM Card Services

An e-receipt will be automatically sent to customer's valid email address and / or mobile phone number registered with Dah Sing Bank, Limited ("the Bank") every time after a transaction is carried out via Automated Teller Machines ("ATM") located in Hong Kong or overseas or the Bank's Easy Cash Deposit Machine or the Bank's Cash & Cheque Deposit Machine through the use of the registered ATM Card. So you can handle your personal finances more flexibly.

• Withdraw HKD or RMB at more than 1,600 JETCO ATMs.
• Make purchases via more than 20,000 retail establishments that provide EPS services and make payments via PPS. The maximum purchasing amount per day is up to HKD20,000.
• Pay various bills at JETCO ATMs which provide the JET PAYMENT Service. You can pay Electricity Bill, Water Bill, Gas Bill, Residential and Mobile Telephone Bill, Rate and Tax Bill etc.

• Withdraw RMB and make balance enquiries at more than 70,000 ATMs marked with UnionPay in Mainland China.
• Make payments using the Card at more than 500,000 POS terminals marked with UnionPay in Mainland China.

Interbank Transfer Services

With Dah Sing Card, you can enjoy the following new services at JETCO ATMs bearing "Interbank Transfer" Logo in Hong Kong:

• Transfer money from your accounts in other JETCO member banks in Hong Kong to Dah Sing Bank account.
• Transfer money from your Dah Sing Credit Card or Bank account to your accounts in other JETCO member banks in Hong Kong.

Interest Payable on Incoming Funds

Current balance will be used for interest calculation. For incoming local funds made through ATMs, interest will be accrued when the subject funds reflect in the current balance of the account.

* It is suggested that customers select the "Default Account" (i.e. the account shown on the face of the ATM card) for withdrawals. Because the type of ATMs that exist in Mainland China are so numerous, customers may not be able to successfully withdraw cash from their selected account. The transaction may be debited from any one of the accounts linked to the ATM card.

Remarks:
Customers must register to use ATM Card (including any Dah Sing Bank credit card or debit card with a bank account cash withdrawal function) for the purchase of Hong Kong Jockey Club Cash Voucher.

Follow these basic safety precautions to enhance the security of using your ATM card at ATMs:

1. Keep your ATM card safe
2. DO NOT enter your PIN when someone else can see you keying it in
3. Cover the keypad when you enter your PIN
4. DO NOT jot down or keep your PIN on or close to the Debit Card or handle it in any other way that may enable another person to use the Debit Card, PIN, and / or Mobile Device; disguise any record of your PIN
5. Keep your PIN private and NEVER disclose it to anyone else including our staff. The Bank will not ask for any sensitive personal information (including passwords) through phone calls or emails
6. DO NOT allow others to use your ATM card and PIN
7. DO NOT use easily accessible personal information number such as HKID number, telephone number or date of birth as your PIN. Set a PIN that is different from the ones for other services
8. DO NOT keep your ATM card and password together
9. Should you notice any suspicious devices at any ATM (such as micro-skimmers, pin-hole cameras, or fake key pads) or any suspicious activities around you when performing an ATM transaction, cancel your transaction immediately and inform the Bank
10. For security reasons, change your PIN regularly
11. Reject any offers of assistance from strangers when you are performing transactions
12. At all times take reasonable care of your ATM Card, PIN, and Mobile Device and keep your Debit Card and Mobile Device safely under your personal control and the PIN secure and confidential to prevent fraud
13. Destroy the original printed copy of your PIN
14. Report to the Bank of any loss or theft of your ATM Card, the PIN or the Mobile Device or any suspected unauthorized transaction or use of your ATM Card, PIN or Mobile Device for any unauthorized purpose or disclosure of your PIN to any unauthorized person as soon as reasonably practicable in writing or by telephone, or else you shall be responsible for the relevant transaction
15. Count the banknotes immediately after each cash withdrawal. Do not take away any banknotes at the cash dispenser or ATM card at the card insertion slot left behind by someone else. Let the banknotes or ATM card return to the ATM automaticallyRemember to check the transaction records provided by us in a timely manner, e.g. Bank's Monthly Statement or Security Messages by either text message or another form of alert.

If you intend to withdraw cash from overseas ATMs, you should check with the relevant network provider(s) (such as JETCO or UnionPay etc.) whether your intended overseas destination can support cash withdrawal using your ATM card. Also, you should activate the overseas ATM cash withdrawal function in advance and set the overseas ATM cash withdrawal limit and an activation period through the designated channels below:

The UnionPay Cardless Withdrawal Service allows you to withdraw cash without presenting your physical ATM cards. Simply set up a withdrawal instruction via the Dah Sing Mobile App and then scan the on-screen QR code at Dah Sing Bank ATMs or other ATMs that support the UnionPay QRC Withdrawal service to withdraw cash.
