Remarks:

1. HK$100 Cash Bonus will only be offered to applicants who successfully apply and disburse "e-Cash Instalment Loan" from now on till 31 December 2007 (the "Promotion Period"). To receive another HK$500 Cash Bonus, the customer must maintain good repayment record during the first six months after the disbursement of the loan. Each customer will receive at most one HK$100 Cash Bonus and one HK$500 Cash Bonus. The Promotion Offer will be in the form of a cash rebate and the cash rebate amount will be credited into the eligible repayment account on or before March 2008 and August 2008. To enjoy the Promotion Offer, the customer's repayment account must be valid, have a good repayment record and without early settlement. The cash bonus cannot be transferred or used to settle any outstanding e-Cash loan amount and is not applicable to customers who arrange for "e-Cash Instalment Loan" because their original loan application was not approved. Dah Sing Bank (“The Bank”) reserves the right to amend the method of cash rebate. If customer has any early settlement during repayment period, customer will be subject to an early repayment penalty and refund of full cash rebate amount.
2. The daily interest of approximately HK$2.7 (round up to one decimal place) is calculated based on interest of monthly flat rate of 0.8% and assumes a loan amount of HK$10,000 and 30 days per month. According to the Guideline on the Code of Banking Practice, with monthly flat rate of 0.8%, the annualized percentage rate is 21.1% with a credit life premium of 1% p.a. included. The Bank will examine and approve the customer's application on the basis of his or her credit status and determine the interest rate to which he or she is entitled.
3. "Loan approval and disbursement within 30 minutes" is applicable to customers who apply by phone or in person at a branch and submit all the required documents and information on the date of application. The approval time will be calculated from the moment the Bank's staff confirms receipt of all documents and information. The application must comply with the Bank's general examination and approval procedures for loans and the loan shall be disbursed to the applicant in person at a branch. The provision of such service will be from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Saturday. Such service is subject to adjustment depending on the actual prevailing situation.
4. Should the application of "e-Cash Instalment Loan" fail to achieve the credit approval requirement specified by the Bank, the Bank may require customers to provide guarantors. Guarantors can get HK$300 coupon upon successful loan approval and withdrawal.
5. The above offer does not apply to existing "e-Cash Instalment Loan" customers. Coupons are non-transferable and cannot be executed or redeemed for cash. The Bank is not suppliers of coupons and makes no representation or guarantee as to the service and products quality in this promotion campaign. The Bank shall bear no responsibility or liability whatsoever with regards to any matters arising from or in connection with coupons provided by suppliers. Customers can contact related suppliers directly. The Bank reserves the right to revise the above offer and terms at any time.
