      *Our bank will have a designated staff member to follow up with the customer by calling the number from which the SMS was sent on the next working day after receiving the SMS. Individual telephone network provider will charge a fee for the SMS in accordance with their fee charging schedules.
       


    Remarks:
    1. The “30-Minute Approval and Disbursement” is applicable only to phone-in or walk-in customers who submit all of the required documents on the application date. The process starts from the moment that the Bank’s staff confirm receipt of all required documents and information with the customers. The application should comply with the general loan approval procedures of the Bank, and should not exceed a loan amount of HK$100,000. Customers should choose to draw the loan at branches. This service is available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday and from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon on Saturdays, which may be subject to change according to actual circumstances.
    2. Collect the loan using Express Money Card is applicable to Dah Sing Bank customers only.
    3. The loan amount of HK$300,000 is applicable only to property owners or preferential customers, including civil servants, professionals, staff of selected government organizations / public organizations, full-time teachers, staff of tertiary institutions / universities, customers of the Dah Sing Credit Card Star Reward Program and Dah Sing VIP Banking Customers.
    4. Customer can apply for an Express Money Revolving Loan to re-borrow the repaid principal after the sixth instalment has been made, without the need to submit any proof of income or show up at a branch in person. The Express Money Revolving Loan service is available only to customers who collect their approved loan amount via a Dah Sing Express Money Card and maintain a good repayment record. The minimum loan amount for an Express Money Revolving Loan is HK$5,000.
    5. A loan tenure of 49 months or above is available only to property owners. It is not applicable to those just starting new jobs.
    6. Applicants must be from 18 to 30 years of age and currently employed.
    7. For loan amounts of HK$5,000 – HK$19,999 and HK$20,000 – HK$50,000, the monthly flat rate is 0.49% and 0.40%, respectively. The annualized percentage rates are 13.28% and 11.14%, respectively, with the calculation based on a loan amount of HK$10,000 and a loan tenor of 12 months, with a credit life premium of 1% per annum included.
    8. The above annualised percentage rates and monthly repayment amounts are calculated according to the Code of Banking Practice, subject to a 12-month, 24-month or 36-month loan tenure and loan amount of HK$10,000, with a credit life premium of 1% per annum included. The above annualized percentage rates and monthly repayment amounts may vary for individual customers.
    9. The above offers are applicable only to customers who successfully apply and disburse the loan from 10 Oct 2006 to 31 Dec 2006. Dah Sing Bank reserves the right to terminate or amend the above offers and their terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The acceptance of an application shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of Dah Sing Bank, without exception.
