1. What should I do in case I forget my user PIN or my PIN goes invalid?

You should visit any of our branches for the re-issuance of new user PIN.

 
2. What is the use of the Cost Calculator?

The Cost Calculator helps you estimate the cost of transaction(s). It includes the transaction amount, brokerage fees, deposit charges, transaction levy, CCASS charges and stamp duty.

   
3. Can I change my personal details?
 

Sure. Please update your information in the "Customer Info. ¡V User Contacts section". Click ¡§Update¡¨ when finished. And your information will be updated.

   
4. What is the purpose of providing my personal email address?
 

Trading securities via the i-Securities Service, you will receive an email notifying you your order status. Hence, would you want to get known to your latest order status, please update your email addresses in "Customer Info. - User Contacts section"..

   
5. Can I use more than one email address to receive email confirmation?
 

To provide efficient services you can register 2 email addresses at the same time and we will email the confirmation to your registered email addresses, if there is any.

   
6. So do I need to sign off every time¡H
 

Definitely. You must log off whenever you want to quit i-Securities Service by clicking "Logout". You are highly recommended to logout before closing the browser.
