SMS Alert Service. Whenever you spend with your ATM Card / Credit
Card / Debit Card, you will receive a SMS alert from us. You will:

be aware of the transaction
amount, transaction date and transaction time |

be alerted to the possible theft of your ATM card or credit card |
| • |
be able to report fraudulent card use promptly to the bank, thus minimizing financial loss |

SMS Alert Service is provided by Star Mobile DNA Payment Gateway Ltd. Cardholders have to apply for the service directly,
supplying any relevant information to Star Mobile DNA Payment Gateway Ltd. |

SMS Alert Service is available to customers who are holding any Dah Sing ATM Card, Credit Card, and Debit Card. |
| 3. |
SMS Alert Service is not applicable to PCCW 1+1 network users or any mobile number starting with the number "8" in Hong Kong. |
| 4. |
Customers who provide an e-mail address and/or mobile phone
number will enable Dah Sing Bank and/or Dah Sing Financial
Group ("the Group", "the Bank" or "we" or "us" or "our") to
provide you with information about the products and services
offered by us through our e-mail and/or SMS services. |
| 5. |
In case of disputes, the decision of Dah Sing bank and
Star Mobile DNA Payment Gateway Ltd. shall be final. |
| 6. |
Dah Sing Bank and Star Mobile DNA Payment Gateway Ltd.
reserve the right to amend the above terms and conditions
without prior notice. |
| 7. |
If customer choose to receive SMS through two mobile numbers in the same region, the service charge would be HK$16.00. |
